Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled time.

• Same-day cancellations

• No-shows

may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients. Full session fees may still apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card, cash, e-transfer, or cheque. Please be advised that you may have to pay for your appointment if direct billing is unsuccessful.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or concerns prior to treatment. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Scope of Practice

All services provided are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
