At New Wave Massage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.

• Same-day cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

• No-shows

will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to provide adequate notice prevents us from offering that appointment time to another client. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
